Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your product, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party not involved in shipping chosen by you, takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us through one of the following methods, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract:

You may use the provided sample withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page although it is not obligatory. We do recommend using our claims assistent on Product Returns Page, though it is also not obligatory. For your convenience, the claims assistant and detailed return instructions can be found at https://www.techtek.ro/en/product-returns.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it’s enough to send your communication before the 30-day withdrawal period has ended.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.

Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.

Goods must be sent back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You meet the deadline if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
